Rachel L. Parker, MD

Bio

Dr. Parker graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Carolina Honors College in Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences and earned her medical degree from the USC School of Medicine in Columbia. During her education, Dr. Parker was a Fulbright Scholar in South Korea and received the Top Excellence Award in a Foreign Language from the USC Chinese Language department.

Dr. Parker completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Novant Health at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina, gaining extensive experience in caring for women of all ages and tailoring care to their needs – from low-risk preventive care to specialized treatment options. She also served on the Novant committees for Graduate Medical Education and OB/GYN Critical Care.

Dr. Parker proudly joins the highly skilled physicians and staff at Lexington Women’s Care Sandhills to provide comprehensive care to women at every stage of life. The practice offers a full suite of services from routine adolescent and well-GYN care to specialized diagnostics and treatments.
